Windows 7 SP1的 USB 儲存裝置存取失敗(A USB storage device on Windows 7 SP1 fail with an error)...

自從我的Panram music yoyo 512mb mp3 player給家人補習使用後..
大約快兩年前我就買了人因ET-VR56秘錄王數位錄音筆...
在Windows 7 SP1 推出以前它一直是我的好夥伴...
除了可以直接將聲音錄製成mp3格式(Mic或Line in),
當mp3 player也可以顯示曲目及目錄分類撥放,
2GB的空間作為USB隨身碟也很不錯...
只要一個USB 4pin的迷你轉接頭就可以了!

但是...
在大約在今年5月的時候...
我將我的Dell Inspiron Mini 1010更新成Windows 7 SP1後...
它就不能被系統辨識了...XD
我不死心,再將我的Dell Latitude E4310 也更新成SP1...
結果證明...
只要Windows 7安裝了SP1...
就是抓不到這隻人因錄音筆了...>_<

求救人因客服...
「你好，最近發現我的秘錄王 vr56 錄音棒在windows 7下會無法安裝驅動程式」
「NEXIA NX-58xx MTP-MSC- USB Device 安裝失敗」
「想請問有沒有解決的方案?謝謝!」

得到的答案是
「照理說，VR56 在windows 7下應該是不需要驅動程式，能夠即插即用。
建議您先找一台 XP 系統的電腦，利用人因官網的韌更工具，將韌體更新。
如果還是不行，或是手邊找不到 XP 的電腦〔應該不至於吧〕，煩請寄回人因客服部門處理。」

同時也到了Windows Client TechCenter的討論區請教了一下...
"NEXIA NX-58xx MTP-MSC-USB Device is a USB Voice recorder."
"It can be automatically detected and installed in Windows XP, like a USB flash drive."
"But changing to Windows 7, it cannot be detected and need a driver."
"How can I fix this problem? Thanks."
"By the way, my USB device stopped working after installing SP1,I will try to uninstall SP1."

結果得到了這樣的答案...
"It doesn't matter whether you believe the problem is caused by SP1 or not,
the fact is the manufacturer is solely responsible for supporting your device and NOT Microsoft!"

所以呢...
這隻錄音筆就被我打入了冷宮大概快四個月的時間...=口=

不過呢, 就在昨天我逛國外討論區的時候...
從一篇文章看到了Microsoft 在7月釋出了一個hotfix(KB2496290)
"When you access a USB storage device on Windows 7 SP1 or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1,
it may fail with an error or it may take a long time"
看來Sony 的錄音筆也有類似的問題...
該不會也可以解決我的問題吧?
那麼就來更新看看吧~~~

所以真的是Windows 7 SP1 的問題嘛...=_=|||
